TURLOCK, CALIF. September 21, 2020

Adrian Harrell, President and CEO of New Bridge Management, has been named President-Elect of the California State Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (CALNARPM®) and Chair of the Speaker/Education Committee.

Harrell has held leadership roles at numerous local community and national organizations such as the Modesto Sister Cities International organization, Central Valley Association of Realtors, and National Association of Residential Property Managers.

“I’m looking forward to working with the entire membership of CALNARPM during this unique time in property management,” Harrell said. “Helping property managers and industry partners navigate the new laws, circumstances, and challenges found in markets throughout California is what we’ve been doing at New Bridge Management, and I am excited to work with industry leaders across the entire state to bridge those gaps.”

As the leading property management industry association, the mission of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) is to support professional and ethical practices of rental home management through education, training, networking and achievement designations. CALNARPM® represents residential property managers at the state level, focusing on the nuances of running a property management business and landlord/tenant law specific to the State of California.

CALNARPM hosts an annual conference and trade show for California property managers, which will be virtually held from March 11 to March 12, 2021. More information on the CALNARPM annual conference and other members of the leadership team can be found at the CALNARPM website.
