New Bridge Management is a full service property management company that manages
the real estate portfolios of investors by maximizing revenue and reducing cost. The
company offers full service property management services for residential homes,
apartment complexes, townhouses, duplexes, commercial properties and Home Owner
Associations. Its highly educated and certified agents do their best to provide services
that maximize the owners return on their investment while meeting tenants’ housing
needs with a hands-on personal team approach. This earned the company a much
coveted Reader’s Choice Award as the Favorite Property Management Company of the
Year.

While the company takes pride in serving its clients and residents, it never forgets that
without the communities in which it serves it would have no success. We are proud to
be a part of the communities we serve. Giving back to the community and encouraging
our agents to become involved is as much part of our philosophy as maximizing return
on investments. Bridging needs, wants and opportunities does not only apply to our
residents and clients, it also applies to our commitment to the communities in which we
service. This level of commitment has earned our agents some prestigious awards such
as “Woman of the year award for developing international good will and understanding”
and “Good Neighbor of the year award”. Annually New Bridge Management participates
and supports a number of causes. Every year, the company’s agents participate in the
American Heart Walk, support the Vines, Turlock Gospel Mission, and the Summer
Solstice Fundraiser. This year the Christmas CanTree was added as another cause.
The American Heart Association is the nation’s oldest, largest voluntary organization
devoted to fighting cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Building healthier lives, free
of cardiovascular diseases and stroke is their mission. Vines is an annual fundraiser
put on by the CSU, Stanislaus Alumni Associate to raise funds for scholarships.

The Turlock Gospel Mission offers an evening meal ministry, shelter for women and
children during the cold months and a homeless assistance center to offer support and
encouragement during the day. The Summer Solstice Fundraiser is an event put on by
Modesto Sister Cities International, a non-for-profit volunteer based organization that
manages Modesto’s international relationships with its seven sister cities around the
world. The Christmas CanTree is an annual fundraising drive organized by three groups
of Central Valley Association of Realtors, Turlock Together and the Salvation Army
to benefit low income families and seniors. Funds raised supply low income families
with approximately 2000 food baskets during the holiday season in many communities
around Stanislaus County. These are just a few of the causes New Bridge Management
supports. To learn how our dedicated agents can manage your investments, call us at
