Adrian Harrell – Senior Property Manager
License # 01731848
As our senior property manager, Adrian has been with New Bridge Management since we opened our doors. Before coming here, she worked in Europe as a consultant helping Fortune 200 companies. She holds two Master’s degrees in International Business Administration and International Management. At NBM, her main duties include market analysis, client relations, and portfolio strategy development.

Eileen Payour – Maintenance Coordinator
Eileen was born and raised in Iraq, growing up in a family of 10. She migrated to the U.S. in the mid-seventies and worked for various companies in Illinois, before moving to California in 1990. She has raised two great boys, and worked hard to help our military by translating Arabic in Iraq for six years. Eileen says she loves her job at New Bridge Management, and she loves life.
Maria Anaya – Realtor/Property Manager
Realtor License #02060338
Maria started working with New Bridge in 2017, as a Business Development Associate, and quickly moved into the role of Property Manager. Before coming to us, she worked as a Secretary II for five different departments in the City of Merced, over nine years. She worked with housing programs, including conventional, low income, and project-based communities. She also served as a liaison between the Economic Development Department and downtown business owners.

Jeramie Hoover – Maintenance Technician
Jeramie was born in Modesto but has lived in Turlock for most of his life. Before joining the New Bridge Management team, he worked as a carpenter, tile setter, cabinet maker, alarm technician, DJ, karaoke host, and a carnival game operator. He has eight children, five grandchildren, and has been an ordained minister since 2014. Jeramie has a Computer Science certificate from Stanford University, and is a certified P.C. and network technician.

Christine Rasho – Accounting Coordinator
Christine is our accounting expert. She began her finance career working for Well Fargo, where she was a bank teller for eight years. With her strong background in finance and bookkeeping, she continues to enjoy her job in the different accounting areas at New Bridge Management. She processes payments and deals with vendors on a daily basis. Chris has a friendly and professional attitude, and operates with the goal of helping owners focus on their dollars.
