As time has gone on, we have gotten better at communication and I do appreciate what they do for me to keep my rental business operating. Adrian really works at her profession, she is very responsive, she up dates us on California politics that relates to Real Estate- which isn't easy and she gets properties quickly rented. What else do you want? I think her company is wonderful. She gives me straight answers and her honest opinions. Thank you Adrian and Mary and Ian and everyone. R

My experience with New Bridge Management. Last year they rented out my 4 bedroom house; on the lease there were 8 people. After they moved in, the tenants started babysitting. The lease was for Residential use only NOT for business. On the lease, there was a NO pet policy, but they still brought in 2 cats and 1 dog. This management company didn't do anything about it and didn't even notify me either. This management was good when Chris and Katie were working there. Maria got rid of them and brought in her own people who were of VERY young age and no professional experience at all. Maria and her people put unqualified tenants without even checking their credit. The tenants were unable to pay me their last month.
