Nina came out to do the yearly home inspection and was great. She made note of a repair that needed to be done and explained the next steps needed to get it fixed. She was very helpful and I am impressed by her understanding and professionalism. I have never had any issues with this company and they have always answered all of my concerns. As a tenant I am very pleased.

Once contracted, communication is subpar with expectations. We're having to continuously be sending email to get information that the company should be providing monthly, and when they respond, the response doesn't necessarily addresses the questions asked.
