Adrian Harrell – Senior Property Manager

Adrian Harrell is the President and CEO of New Bridge Management, where she leads market analysis, client relations, and portfolio strategy development. Before joining NBM, she worked in Europe as a consultant, advising Fortune 200 companies on international business initiatives. Adrian holds dual Master’s degrees in International Business Administration and International Management, bringing a global perspective to her leadership and strategic vision. Beyond her professional work, Adrian is deeply committed to her community, serving on several nonprofit boards in leadership roles. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining friends, traveling, and savoring a good glass of wine. Her personal motto, “have passport, will travel,” reflects her passion for exploring the world and embracing new experiences.

Maria Anaya – Executive Property Manager

Maria started at New Bridge Management in 2017, as a Business Development Associate, and quickly moved into the role of Executive Property Manager. In her role, she manages all Resident relations spanning lease negotiations, contracts, and portfolio sales. Previously, she worked as a liaison for five different departments in the City of Merced where she worked with housing programs, including conventional, low income, and project-based communities. Known for strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, Maria excels at building trusted relationships with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders to maximize property value and long-term growth. When she’s not working, Maria loves spending time with family, drawing, and cooking.

Jean Gibson – Assistant Property Manager
Jean is a dedicated Assistant Property Manager with experience supporting day-to-day property operations and tenant relations. Skilled in lease administration, rent collection, and handling tenant inquiries, Jean helps ensure properties are well-managed and residents receive timely support. Known for being approachable and dependable, Jean plays a key role in maintaining smooth property operations and fostering positive tenant experiences. Jean is an island girl who grew up swimming right in front of her house. Jean finds peace at the beach or on her family farm where she feels most connected to home.

Nina Goncalves – Property Inspector & Maintenance Coordinator
Nina is an experienced Property Inspector and Maintenance Coordinator with a strong background in inspections, and repair coordination. Skilled in evaluating properties for safety, and maintenance needs, Nina ensures issues are identified early and addressed promptly. With expertise in scheduling and supervising repairs, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining detailed inspection reports, she helps preserve property value while ensuring safe and well-maintained environments. Known for strong communication and organizational skills, Nina serves as a dependable liaison between property owners, tenants, and maintenance teams. When she’s not working, Nina enjoys spending time with her family, baking and shopping.

Glesly Cruz – Assistant Maintenance Coordinator
Glesly is a reliable and proactive Assistant Maintenance Coordinator with experience supporting daily maintenance operations and facility management. Skilled in coordinating work orders, scheduling repairs, and maintaining accurate service records, Glesly ensures that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she serves as a key support to the maintenance team, helping streamline communication, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Outside of work, Glesly enjoys exploring new places and spending quality time with her family.

Justine Andamo – Accounting Coordinator
Justine is a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator with expertise in managing financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate reporting. Skilled in reconciling accounts, preparing invoices, and supporting audits, Justine combines strong organizational abilities with a commitment to efficiency and accuracy. With experience collaborating across departments, Justine helps streamline accounting processes and maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations. With a decade of experience as a Fraud Senior Analyst at a Fortune 500 company, Justine is also a devoted mother of two wonderful sons, an avid online gamer, and a fan of Korean dramas.

Rita McCay
Rita is a dedicated Onsite Property Manager with hands-on experience overseeing daily property operations and tenant services. Skilled in coordinating maintenance, conducting inspections, and managing vendor relationships, Rita ensures properties are well-maintained and run efficiently. With strong communication and organizational abilities, Rita fosters positive tenant relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Known for being responsive and dependable, she plays a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community. In her free time, she enjoys watching reality shows, cooking shows, and catching episodes of Law & Order, as well as spending time outdoors camping and playing baseball.
