Overall good and professional people. Courteous and return calls for the most part in a timely manner. Only complaint is timing for getting things fixed. Needs to be quicker for repairs or a phone call as to why the delay. Usually there is no phone call. I e put a request to have the small diamond shaped window that’s in the front door repaired twice now and have heard nothing back at all. I came home from work and it was broken. Not sure why no one has been out to repair it.

I am very pleased with my move and my apartment! I have rented from New Bridge before when I lived in Turlock and when I decided to move back to this area my 1st call was to Maria. She remembered me and immediately went to work to help get in the apartment. I have enjoyed my experience with all I have come in contact with Katie and Eon both are very professional as well as efficient and have been on top of things to ensure everything is working smoothly.
